Patrick is a certified TRX Group Instructor, certified Spinning Instructor as well as an accomplished athlete. His dynamic workouts will have your body firing the entire session!  As a competitive runner and triathlete, Patrick knows firsthand the importance of consistent interval training. During his class you will be coached through a full-body blast that will boost both your cardio & strength potential!
