I got the 45-day Pass, which classes can I register for?
You have 90 class credits to use over the 45 days from your activation date. 
  • Full-Length Classes (45 & 60 minute) count as "TWO" (2) deducted from your pass 
  • Express Classes (20 & 30 minute) counts as "ONE" (1) deducted from your pass
There are no limitations on the pass in regards to format, day, time or number of sessions you can take in one day. 
Please refer to our Current Schedule for credit deduction exceptions such as hybrid classes.

I want to start my 45-day Pass on a specific date, can I do that?
Of course! The pass begins on the first day you take a class so even if you redeem it now, it won't start counting down until your first reservation. Just remember it expires JUNE 12, 2016 no matter what so be sure to activate by APRIL 29, 2016 to get the full 45 days.

I'm new to PSF, which classes should I take?
We offer something for everyone! Express classes are great for newbies because they are shorter, yet still provide an amazing workout. Our PSF Signature class is also an excellent place to start since all of our other formats build off of this method. Read our Class Descriptions and find a workout that appeals to you! Upon your first visit, talk with the instructor and let us know any modifications you might need. PSF works for everyone but if you need some guidance along the way, just let us know!

What is your cancellation policy?
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy and any schedule change must be done online via your account. CLICK HERE for more information. If you are on the 45-day Pass and 'No Show' for a session (you don't show up or even cancel) then a day will be deducted from your pass.  If are on the 45-day Pass and you 'Late Cancel' (cancel outside of the 8-hour window) 3 times, then your online booking privileges will be suspended.

Can I register for classes or change my schedule over voice mail or email?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any reservations, cancellations or schedule adjustments over email or voice mail.  Remember, we have a 8-hour cancellation policy and any schedule change must be done online via your account. CLICK HERE for more Registration FAQs.

What is your Waitlist Policy?
If you sign-up for a waitlist, you should treat it as a reservation.  If you keep yourself on a waitlist, you may be added you up to 2-hours before the class begins. If that is not enough notice for you, make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you get into a class you are waitlisted for, you will receive an email notification IF you are opted into our email system. Don't rely on the email notification, instead check your account for your most current schedule additions. We do NOT use class confirmation, if you are added, we will see you at class!
